Tuesday 29 April at 2.30pm John Robinson will be giving an illustrated talk ‘Margate in 3D: past and present’ cancelled and is being rescheduled
Tuesday 17 June at 7pm Colin Bridges will be giving a talk with music
December: Tudor Christmas at the Tudor House: the Tudor House will be decorated in the traditional evergreens and will have a range of stalls sell festive gifts.

Sunday 2nd November: Margate Heritage Trail: A rare chance to explore the Theatre Royal on a joint ticket with the Tudor House and Margate Museum. 10am to 4pm. Ticket £3 (which covers entry to all 3 venues). Children under 16 years free.
16th April: Public event ‘Springtime by the Sea: recollections of old Margate in words, picutres and music’ by Colin Bridges with Thanet Concert Clarinets at 2pm
7 May: Friends of Margate Museum AGM at 2pm, with talk ‘The wall of Death’ by Felicity Stafford
1st June: Summer exhibition opens ‘A Day Trip to Margate’
30st July: Volunteer meeting in the afternoon
10th September Public talk: ‘Working inside Dreamland: an insider’s view’ by Mike Thomlinson at 6.30pm. Mike’s involvement with Dreamland lasted from the 1950s to 1980s. Enterance £3, members £2
17th September Public talk: ‘Greetings from Margate’ by John Robinson at 2pm. John will take us on a tour of Margate past and present combining old images of Margate in postcards and pictures with new photographs. How much has changed? Enterance to Museum and talk £2.
